Thank you for your interest in my artwork! Before we start, please read the following Terms of Service. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.1. 💬 Communication
Please provide clear references, descriptions, and details before I begin.2. 💵 Payment
Prices are in USD and PHP currency.Full payment (or a 50% deposit if agreed) is required before I start.Payments are made via , PayPal, Gcash or bank transfer only.3. 📅 Turnaround TimeCommissions are usually completed within 4-6 days depending on complexity and my schedule.I’ll send updates (sketch, lineart, colors, etc.) for approval throughout the process.4. 🔄 Revisions
Minor changes (e.g., color tweaks, small fixes) are free during the sketch and coloring stage.Major revisions after final approval may require an extra fee.5. 🧑🎨 Artist Rights
I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it on my portfolio or social media (unless requested otherwise).You may not claim the artwork as your own or alter it without permission.6. 🧑💻 Client Rights
You may use the finished piece for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., icons, wallpapers, printing for yourself).Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding, etc.) requires a commercial license and extra fees.7. ❌ Cancellations & RefundsYou may cancel before I start for a full refund.If work has already started:Partial refund may be given based on progress.No refunds after final artwork is delivered.I reserve the right to cancel and refund for any reason (e.g., inappropriate behavior, inability to complete the work).8. 🚫 What I Will NOT DrawPlease ask before ordering if unsure.
